Clients sought a design overhaul for their downsized property, including a new kitchen, laundry, and updated flooring throughout. The goal was to create a bright, coastal-inspired space with furnishings that foster a relaxed home base while they plan their next adventure.
ACHIEVEMENT
The design features fresh white walls that provide a crisp, clean backdrop. We introduced warmth and color through carefully selected flooring, furnishings, and artwork.
The new kitchen boasts a reimagined layout with batten-style joinery and soft curves for visual interest. A standout curved range hood canopy adds a focal point, while the galley-style design enhances both cooking and entertaining, complete with a cozy seating area at the island’s end. Hidden storage is integrated into the rear of the island, complemented by an open box shelf for keepsakes.
Throughout the lower level, easy-care composite timber flooring adds warmth and convenience.
A cozy TV area with an electric fireplace seamlessly connects to a private courtyard, enhancing the home’s inviting atmosphere.
The laundry features innovative storage solutions, including drawers for clothes hampers, ensuring functionality without sacrificing style.
Comfortable coastal furnishings create a serene ambiance, complemented by a charming second courtyard off the dining area for alfresco living.
