Total rebuild to convert a waterfront cottage into a tranquil and inviting home.

A palette of whites, greys and blues was used to bring the natural colours inside. The huge picture window captures your gaze as you walk into this home, the calming waters embrace and transform you.  The kitchen is modern with white satin doors, highlighted with oak laminate accents.  A Caesarstone Rugged Concrete Bench-top with waterfall ends.  The kitchen has an open pantry at one end with the day-to-day necessities hidden from sight.  The lounge and dining area overlook the bay whilst offering warmth around the stone-clad gas fireplace in a combination of Estate and Chateaux dry stone walling. This cladding is also continued out onto the front verandah area.  The loungeroom has a feature hand-loomed rug with colours of the bay in blues and greens. The bathrooms have been tiled with concrete-look floor and wall tiles to compliment the white and timber accent vanities.  Lighting & furnishings selected to compliment the client’s wonderful art and specialities collected from many trips abroad.  The garden has a wonderful meandering path, including a timber bridge, leading to the house and, hidden in one of the garden spaces, is a spa. Blue stone paving leads to the waterfront.  This house has wonderful storage, a dream laundry and many spaces to relax, meditate and enjoy with family and friends.
